Savia · since 1958

A family technique. Our own way of working with the body.

Savia, Masajes Reductivos de las Torrescano, grows from a hands-on family technique that has evolved across decades without losing its foundation: touch, reading the tissue, consistency and close attention to each body.

The origin

What began as body-contouring massage became a broader way of working with the body.

The Torrescano Method comes from a family tradition of hands-on bodywork that began in 1958. Over time, the technique has adapted to new needs without turning into a rigid formula: each session changes with the area, sensitivity, goal and response of the person receiving it.

Today Savia brings that legacy into a contemporary experience: body, technique and well-being without absolute promises or intensity for intensity's sake.

Technique matters. So does knowing when to do more, when to do less, and when a tool actually adds something useful.

The method today

Three principles still guide every session.

Hands first

Hands-on work is the foundation. It lets the practitioner respond to the body and adjust pressure, rhythm and focus throughout the session.

Tools with a purpose

Rollers and extensions are used when they support the goal. They are not the center of the experience and never replace practitioner judgment.

Constant adaptation

Not every body needs the same thing. A session may feel firm, gentle, localized or more global depending on what you want to work on that day.

1958

Continuity, not nostalgia

The legacy lives in the way we work, not in repeating the past.

Savia preserves a family technique and translates it into a current experience: clearer about its limits, more flexible in its goals and more precise about what a session can realistically offer.

That is why body contouring, maderotherapy, tension-focused massage, relaxing massage and lymphatic-style work can coexist here. They are not separate worlds: they share the same hands-on foundation and the same way of listening to the body.

How it feels

A session does not start with a label. It starts with what you want to work on.

You can arrive looking for body contouring, a lighter feeling, less tension, rest, or simply to experience the method. From there, the areas, pressure, rhythm and time can be adjusted.

The intention is not to correct your body, but to work with it in a clear, professional and personal way.
