3. Appointment and cancellation policies
To help maintain the quality of our wellness services, the following conditions apply:
- Bookings: Every appointment must be confirmed through our official channels (website or WhatsApp).
- Punctuality: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. Client delays may result in a shorter treatment time so the following appointment is not affected, without entitlement to a refund.
- Cancellations: To reschedule or cancel without charge, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge or loss of the booking deposit.
4. Client health and responsibility
Our massages are aesthetic and wellness services and do not replace specialized medical or physiotherapy treatment.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergy or recent injury before beginning any massage.
- Savia, Masajes Reductivos de las Torrescano reserves the right not to provide a treatment if it considers that doing so could put the client’s health at risk.
